I have a dilemma

My husband and I are two different sleepers! He sweats and needs breathable sheets/quilt. But get cold easily and like fluffy quilts. We have our A/C running in our room at night but I think our current quilt and sheets are just too thick for him to breathe through. Is there a good in between for us that won’t break the bank? I don’t wanna spend more than 100$ but if it’s truly worth it and will last a while I won’t mind spending 200$. We currently have satin sheets and a cotton blend quilt from walmart.
