Hello, i am looking to rent a apartment with a long term lease. What is the best way to do that? Is it an application or through Facebook or what exactly?

I have also multiple questions:

1. I see that some houses under the category "partially furnished" that have nothing at all in the house only AC, others under the same category have Fridge, washer, and basic other stuff. So what exactly do those categories mean?

2. Should I be aware of any scams?

3. Is there a place to haggle or is the price carved in stone? What is the culture around this matter?
