Batches you see in your notifications, but not in your offers

Anyone seeing this lately? On my android phone when I get notification of a new batch, it'll remain in my notifications list until the batch disappears from my screen. We've all seen that... a high $ notification pops up, but by the time you switch over to IC, it's already gone, and you never get to see the batch.

Well, at times when I'm throttled, if a high $ notification appears and doesn't vanish immediately, I search my offers, frantically paging up and down... not finding it. Then I take a good look, and see that the notification still stands, but the batch absolutely refuses to populate onto my screen.

It's a drag even trying to explain this, and many will probably just say my phone sucks or it's a random glitch. But I think it's a sign that IC is gaming you that day.

I'm sure it could never be proven, and it's almost pointless to speculate. After a rough day with a bunch of that BS going on, I just had to vent.
