Accidental Purchase

So I was playing a game called Hero Legends which is a game about heros and villains and is basically a alt jailbreak. Anyway while playing on Xbox a pop up for a large duffle bag came on my screen and while playing I of course was pressing the A button which if I had waited and kept pressing would of brought me to a buy now screen.

The problem is I didn't do this and pressed B to come off and keep play which I did do and didn't think anything of it especially as the gamepass wasn't applied when I was playing. This was about 3 days ago as I don't play oftern and haven't played that game since then but noticed I'm down nearly 500 in robux which then left me puzzled as I search for a way to find out where I spent it anyway found out it was from that game went on a goose chase contact support being told to contact the creators being told by them they can't do anything to then being sent back to support bot who was as helpful as a pile of bricks.

Can anyone please help me deal with this as I didn't realize how hard it was to get a stupid refund on a kids game.
