Influencers calling a recipe "high-protein" and they just add protein powder
"Can you believe these overnight oats have 44g protein and only 300 calories? First add two scoops of protein powder-" please stop with this nonsense ðŸ˜. I know adding protein to something adds protein, those macros are only impressive if you used whole foods to get them. There is no difference between your oats you added protein to versus just eating the oats and drinking a protein shake with it. Every "high protein" breakfast/dessert is just an insult to my intelligence.
