Resources for someone with Aphantasia (no visual memory)

Hi all.

Reaching out to anyone who may be a fellow high responder but who also has aphantasia, and ideas for suggestions or scripts.

I get frustrated at the "imagine yourself at the beach" sort of inductions and suggestions because I literally can't. But rules and spatial based suggestions work fine, "left is right, right is left", "you've forgotten how to stand up", "the floor is ticklish"... are particularly strong.
