Strange noise since 5 am

Dose anyone know or hear the weird noise thats been going on since 5 am Saturday 14 th march .at first I thought they was testing the ohel and things but the sound has been persistent i can only describe it as the sound made from swinging a corrgrated tube around . Any help welcome. Yes its melodic and not really a issue .but I want to know its cause
