Game has poor utilization above 100 FPS

It won't utilize more that 70% of my 3080 at 1080p max settings, and my I7-11700KF is sitting there doing almost nothing at 30%. Yeah, 100fps in a game like this isn't bad at all, but it would be nice if the game had some optimization that made high-refresh rate possible.
