I got a screamer addon in Garry’s Mod

I accidentally encountered a screamer in Garry’s Mod. I launched the game like usual, and suddenly a loud jumpscare appeared with extremely disturbing gore content and repeated racial slurs in the background.

All textures and possibly even the skybox were replaced with the same violent image (I quit immediately because it scared me). I had many addons installed, so I don’t know which one caused it. I don’t have any screenshots of it.

Please be careful when downloading mods from the Workshop.
