HKU vs Plaksha

Hi I've gotten into HKU with a conditional 100% tuition waiver for my first year and subsequently for the next years if I maintain a 3.0 cgpa, I've also gotten into plaksha university and was wondering what path would be better for me. cost is no issue.

I've heard HKU comp sci is terrible and almost no good reviews about it, but is it better than plaksha?

I've also applied to NTU and NUS.

Opinions and guidance are welcome
