I wish to really improve

Hello my names Sal and im a lucio otp who wishes to improve, i have 300+ hours on this character but still feel just average, I am currently M1 peaking GM4, I wish to start scrimming in the summer when im not in college. and I really do love overwatch so one of my goals is to be in the pro league, but i recently turned 18 and it probably won't happen with my current skill level because by the time i reach that skill i would be too old and my reaction time would lessen. So I just wanna ask if anyone would be kind enough to vod review some of my games, I will post 2 where I did terrible and 2 where I think I played well.

I know I have a lot to improve and i think my biggest is game sense, even tho I know my mechanics could use some work, be as harsh as you want I can take criticism and It will help me in the long run. When we are losing I try and swap off lucio and I think I might just have to tough it out as lucio to really improve.
