Seasonal Bounties

Coming here for advice as a player who occasionally gets the premium pass. Those seasonal bounty packs vs alpha bounty packs - which is actually better?

If I had, say 9000 seasonal currency because I didn't want anything really from the market.

I could get 12 normal packs with worse odds, or 4 alpha ones with better odds.

Which of those options is actually better? More packs or better packs?
