Salmon patches and c-section?

I was just curious and wanted to see if any mums who have had c-sections have also had salmon patches on their newborns? (Pink marks on eyelids, forehead, nose, back of neck or scalp - supposed to fade with time).

I’ve been strongly advised that it wasn’t the delivery, so no need to reassure me, I guess just for my own research I’m curious if anyone can confirm that their baby has them that also had c-sections.
