need help for my ajazz ak820

so i just got my first ever keyboard, the Ajazz Ak820, i got the base model and I'm curious to see if there's anyway i can change the RGB color of my keyboard?? as all of my attempts of finding a way to change it seem not to work, i tried the offcial Ajazz Keyboard Software and Signal RGB and still nothing, it;s still just a blue rgb background.
