Vader Saves Sola

I have no idea if anyone will know what story I am talking about, but it was on Ao3. Basically, Padmé is still alive and Vader is trying to prove that he is good and wants to go back. He finds out Palpatine is keeping slaves and frees them, including Sola and her family. They tell Padmé that Vader/Anakin saved them. Does anyone know what story I am talking about???
