does anyone else feel like life started getting weirdly introspective after 30?

maybe this is just a millennial thing but i swear something shifted after my early 30s.

when we were younger everything felt very linear. school then career then relationships then life goals. it all seemed predictable.

now it feels like everyone i know is suddenly questioning everything. careers relationships purpose timing all of it.

i work in a very serious banking job where everything is spreadsheets and probability models. but weirdly the thing i became obsessed with outside of work is astrology and life cycles.

i started looking at patterns in birth charts and major life events and got curious enough that i even built a small astrology tool just to explore the patterns more.

i am not saying astrology explains everything. but it definitely made me think differently about timing in life and why certain periods feel like complete resets.

curious if other millennials have gone through something similar where you suddenly became much more introspective about life phases.
