How much damage can you do before ban? Why did I get banned?

I remember before you could always tk twice if no other damage (and not at round start) and not get banned, and I did just exactly that, I’m 100% sure no other damage was done and I got my first cooldown in the last decade on that 2nd kill lol.

It was a zeus tk like 30 seconds into the round and if you’re wondering why I tk’d twice it was because I got matched with a racist cringe 4-stack that were blatantly cheating and they tk’d me 4 times before that and were just purposely throwing the game from the start anyway (yes while cheating) amazing things happening at 25-30k elo…
