Elder needs help with mobile music

Last time I sailed, I was using limewire to load up on mp3s for my Zune, because I'm OLD old.

Got a vpn and qbit, since some things never change, but I have no idea what to do with my walmart level android. I'm done paying spotify but don't know how to follow through, please send help.
