I’m being held hostage

Moxxi won’t give me the shiny cold shoulder and the sweet embrace, I’m hearing conflicting reports some people say it’s fine and it’s RNG. I’m also hearing she bugged again and it only work one or two weeks after the update, so has anybody gotten the shiny version of the tip jar guns recently as in 3-4 days she got me tweaking Lol.
