Real Estate transaction help needed

I'm looking to make a payment of around 10 lakhs from a credit card for a real estate transaction. The MCC code is 1520. Can you tell me which card will allow me a base reward rate? The payment gateway is charging 1.5% so I want to be sure whether I'll get a reward or not
