Anyone up there have an update? Crowds? Anything running?

Looking at the webcams it's already almost 11:30 and there's a crowd at the bottom of Central, but it looks like they haven't opened yet. Is everyone in Seattle in line, or did everyone collectively decide it's not worth it?

No one at West at all. Anyone know if they still plan to open west today?
