Gigabyte laptop doesn't detect GPU

I recently bought this laptop last week of January earlier this year and I only use it for work: Gigabyte A16 CMH and it doesn't detect my GPU. Also, Gimate doesn't work even after reinstalling it. Nvidia gpu doesn't appear in device manager as well. I also followed the troubleshoot down below but it didn't work too. Any advise?
