Ouroboros
The serpent turns slowly to swallow its own tail,
An endless coil where finish meets start.
No death can come where endings never fail
To feed the mouth that eats their own, living heart.
It gnaws through time, the ancient circle spun,
And what is lost becomes the first to grow.
The last bright breath dissolves into the sun,
Returning as the seed beneath the snow.
All suffering is born of only two:
The devil's hand, or debts that circle through.
[KARMA!]
I trace the bow of both your clavicles
Double crescent moons, the oldest of oracles.
So I have loved you past the final door and found you there,
The face I had before.
