If you had to use clubs from only one tour, which tour would it be? (Except T7, obviously)

This is purely hypothetical, but I was recently thinking about the game balancing in every tour and how some tours make better bags than the others. If you were restricted to using only the clubs from a single tour, which tour would be the best bag?
