What to do when you turn 18?

Hey so this is not my first time on here and probably not my last but im 16 f about to be 17 i have everything set and have a full plan and everything. but what im won dering now is what do i do when i turn 18? can i come out of hiding?? can i see my parents again (im leaving from the TTI) when can i go to the dmv and get a licence and an id?? any former runaway have advice??
