Limited ingredient cat treat options for IBD

Hi! My sweet girl Mavis is 8 years old, and has IBD. She’s doing great with her prednisolone twice a week, hydrolyzed protein kibble + wet food, and rabbit limited ingredient based treats. I give her the Instincts limited ingredient rabbit kibble as a treat, and the Vital Essentials rabbit bites to mix it up as treats also. She is obsessed with food; I would love to give her a squeeze tube treat because I think she’d lose her mind about it - but I can’t really find any options that work with her diet. Has anyone else found something that would work for this scenario, or a DYI work around option? Thank you for your thoughts!
