Anyone else feel less than satisfied with quality?

I'm a first time customer, I'm not trying to brigade or start drama, but I recently got a oz deal, went with Sour Diesel for 89.99 because it felt like a classic baseline product.

Got it today, and.... I swear I'm not even catching a light buzz off of it. The page I bought from said 21% thc, I expected that to be a bit exaggerated but I've been getting nothing but cheap thc-A hemp til this. Maybe that could affect my tolerance somehow?

Just wondering if this is a fluke, or if anyone else has any similar feedback/experiences?
