Random nonsense ban ban, who do i contact?

I just got an automated ban for rank manipulation for 3 days between 20/2/26 1 am and 20/2/26 1 am(wtf time period?), which makes no sense since it no one was entering the account but myself; from the same computer even. Ofc i went to the riot site to order them to remove it and make up for it, but they aren't responding at all. Only thing is that i was getting back into the game again after not playing, but i was in rank that was lower than my peak by a lot and i didn't even have that high of a win rate. Who do i even contact to fix this?

Who the f makes a system that automatically bans players like this when they created a game that is almost completely inaccessible to new players?
