đź‘‹Hey everyone! I'm u/StableStaffCommunity, a founding moderator of r/StableStaffHub.

This community has been created for people working in racing stables, stud farms and the wider equine industry to share information, ask questions and discuss industry topics relevant to stable staff.

We’re hoping this becomes a place where people can talk about the real day-to-day side of the industry —career progression, courses, race days, trials, rosters, pay structures, staff housing, visas, stable systems and general stable life.

The goal is to make our industry better by sharing information, helping each other understand the award and where this industrycan take you by learning about the training and certifications available to progress your career in the industry.

What to Post

Where you got your experience/training Race day, trial or jumpout pay structures Rosters and working hours Staff accommodation and housing Visa and sponsorship questions Stable systems and processes Industry questions General stable life Things that make a good workplace Ideas to improve the industry Training courses and certifications Community Vibe

This is a small industry and most people know each other, so the goal is to keep this community: Respectful Constructive Professional Helpful This is not a place to name and shame stables or people, but a place to share information and improve the industry for stable staff.
