2019 Mustang GT, Auto, ocassional stall when stopping.

❔Question

2019 Mustang GT, Auto, ocassional stall when stopping.

Been happening for a month or so. No check light illuminated. Only happens when fully warmed/operating temp. When slowing from highway speeds to a full stop it will sometimes sputter, idle hunt, and want to cut off, if put into neutral and blip the theottle, it will stay on.

Now the weird parts, if I let it die once and start it back up, the problem seems to be gone for the rest of the drive. Additionally, there is no loss of power anywhere in the rpm range, same 0-60, same 1/4 mile and mph as before the problem started. Fuel mileage also seems unaffected both during live monitoring & avg for a full tank.

Checked the air filter, it's a little dirty, has about 8k miles on it. Checked the EVAP purge valve, it seems to be functioning and not stuck open or closed, replaced it anyways 2 days ago. Battery seems fine (replaced about 3 months ago), fluctuates between 12.4 and 14.5 depending on the drive. Ran a bottle of Lucas Fuel injector cleaner through the last tank.

I'm leaning towards the VVT/VCT needing to be replaced but just wanted to see if anyone had insight before digging into that as I would have assumed there would be some drivability issues if that were the problem.

Any help is appreciated.

The car has 58k miles, I don't drive it a ton.

Drove it this morning, rather spirited, some twisty roads plus about 30 miles and zero issues.
