What would it cost to move from 1.3 to 1.2 to nab Mendoza?

I’ve seen a lot of posts about the cost to move up one spot to get Love but curious what a QB needy team would pay to get Mendoza.

For context, I have the 1.2 and have been debating between Mendoza or one of the WRs. If I can get value by moving back and still nabbing my top WR, it might help me make my decision. It’s free money in a sense. But from a pure value standpoint, what type of player/pick should I push for to move back one spot?

This post is less about my specific team need and more about the general price of moving up one spot for Mendoza.
