Thoughts on the Lyric Hotel Opera for a 20yr old couple?

Me and my partner are traveling to Paris in May and looking for a good hotel to stay at. We’ve heard good things about the Lyric Hotel in the 2nd arrondissement. First of all, is that arrondissement where you want to stay, and does anyone have any thoughts on the specific hotel mentioned? Any replies and help appreciated, thanks in advance!
