Is there still enough time for me to switch modalities and enroll?

Hello, I've been thinking about switching to UoX for a while for personal reasons but told myself I would look into the process after finals week which was a mistake, most of the posts I see on here say that the approval process while it is almost guaranteed, you will only receive a response within the week or the next week after you send a request for shifting modalities.

I just wanted to know if it would still be possible if I gave it to them face to face for a faster approval.
