Searching for owners of units in Five JVC

Hello. Recently Five JVC announced FM for their owners of units. Sounds a bit scary, but reading the document from them - a lot of words about nothing with nor any references for anything. So, FM announced not clearly, with no any reference to any law and no time indication. Can anyone share the subR or groups in tg, WA, LinkedIn and etc of the owners of Five Jumeirah Village? Especially investors in hotel units. Will highly appreciate any ways to find it. Just to talk and find out and may be collaborate.

Thanks
