SRPE problem

Hello, yeni bir başlık açmak zorunda kaldım.. I've been experiencing this problem for months. I'm 43 years old. I urinate frequently at night, my sperm doesn't come out with full pressure, and the doctor said I have a slight prostate enlargement. Are there others who experience this condition and also have urinary or prostate problems? Are you only experiencing sperm problems, or do you have other urological problems besides urinary issues? And how do you treat this problem? This problem wakes me up immediately when I try to fall asleep; I can't sleep, day or night, it starts just as I'm about to fall asleep and wakes me up. It goes away when I get up and walk a little or force myself to urinate, but when I try to go back to sleep, it starts again and wakes me up. My sleep quality has become terrible. What do you do? What are your suggested solutions, and do you have any other urological problems besides this one?
