Looking for scar cover up in Portland OR

Hey everyone, I’m looking for someone in Portland OR with experience tattooing pretty significant scarring from self harm.

I can add pictures in the comments if necessary.

I’d like to cover most of my arm. The scars are 5+ years old. The majority of the scars are small (only 1mm wide) but there’s hundreds and layers of scars crossing over each other. The skin feels thicker in some areas and it’s difficult to find spots without scar tissue.
