Jon Boat Advice Needed

Hey yall, im looking to get a cheaper jon boat for the summer. 14-16ft ones in good condition are cheap enough on facebook marketplace, but i just cant find a motor within my budget. I'm a grad student so my budget is as low as possible. I want to take it on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky, so if yall have any recommendations, hacks, or general advice please share!
