The coins are cursed?

I have a bone to pick with The Coin Tsar.

My local shop has a £3 minimum for paying by card (archaic, I know). When I want something less than 3 quid I typically buy a lottery scratch card to make it up, I’ve been doing this for a few years.

On average I’ve pretty much broke even, I’m sure I’ve lost more than won but it feels close ish, maybe 60/40… until I got the coin.

Bought on first coin drop and it’s been in my pocket the whole time, I’ve been using it for all my scratchies. I very rarely win anymore, feels like a 95/5 ratio.

Is my coin cursed? Are all the coins cursed? How to perform a regulation coin exorcism?
