Any PlayStation mods for teleporting companions?

Dogmeat is stuck in the ocean between Spectacle Island & Warwick Homestead & I can't interact with him whatsoever.

Codsworth is nowhere to be located either.

I know PlayStation is a shot in the dark with working mods, but if anyone has a solution, that'd be excellent.
