Need help from those who watched Hail Mary.

I recently saw a post regarding the shift in aspect ratio during the shift in past and present parts of the movie. As the movie was shot for IMAX, and as we are already seeing it in on an even smaller screen, I wanted to ask which theater in the tricity you chose to watch Hail Mary, and how was your experience? Were there big black bars on top and bottom or sides of the screen? It will really help me in making an informed desicion. Thanks.
