What is it like working at Hilcorp in the Accounting and Finance group?

I’ve heard a lot about Hilcorp and there big bonuses. Are bonuses still that good?

What is the pay, benefits and culture like? Applied for an accounting role there and I don’t really know anyone there. It’s a smaller shop than I’ve previously worked for.
