Inbred 7x7s

So I recently bred my first 7x7 cat and using its lineage I beat the desert and the >!throbbing domain.!< Unfortunately in the process I let my cats inbreed a bit too much and now have a bunch of inbred 7x7s. Is there a way I could make them have less birth defects and keep the stats at the same time?
