My work toilet is not trans girl friendly

I started sitting down to pee full time when I transitioned and so far I've never had any issues. I sit down the pee comes out and I get up and go about my business. That was until I started this new job recent and came into contact with the toilet in the office.  

Its some fancy modern toilet which is totally cool but there's one major design flaw. It is not trans girl friendly. Normal toilets have a lip that allows the the stream to hit the side of the bowl and not splatter everywhere. This toilet, however, has a funky non standard lip that causes the stream to spray upwards and out of the front under the seat. 

I was just casually peeing and and suddenly felt piss all over my legs and feet and it was all over the floor 😭

I have to make sure I angle it down so I don't get drenched in my own piss. Sometimes I'll forget and be hit with the not so subtle reminder that I hate this toilet....
