Getting offal and blood

I want to run a test of surviving without producing meat (no fishing or husbandry, just focus on crops)

And was wondering is there any way to get offal and blood without critters? Quests adding herbivore food needs offal (Tano and Beryl), and wondering if those would be possible without any critters, since I doubt I would get enough food even when allowing fish traps.

I guess plan B is going with the other quests, and hoping it would work on easiest difficulty, but I wanted to try it more like a challenge than just RP purposes
