Getting a PS5 to play GTA VI? Not Necessary?

I haven't involved myself with console gaming in a few years now but I'd really to play GTA VI on release.

I recently heard that it's possible to play many PS5 games without owning the console by streaming them onto your PC. Is this possible? Is there any possibility that people will be able to play GTA VI streamed onto their PC from day 1?

Also, will people be waiting for the game to release on PC? I'm worried it will take 1+ year to get the PC port of GTA VI.
