How is TJ right now bc i need dental work asap

Im in need of two extractions for my bottom molars, two bone grafts, some temporary flippers/dentures so my top teeth wont get loose, and later on…i’ll need two implants. My back molars are giving me immense pain and my gum is puffy/filled with puss.

I’m in san diego and have been to tj a couple of times for fun, but after everything thats happened since that sunday, are things okay down there? (And any dentist yall recommend) bc the US wanna charge me $6000 and they can go fyuck themselves. Plz help me.
