I wish schools hadn't been mixed

I'm shy with girls, and shy in general but especially with girls. On top of that the modern curriculum(atleast where I live) revolves around teamwork and ofc teacher has to put me in a team with girls. I don't want anything to do with them or be around them in anyway.
