[Event] The Northern Council & Tourney of 51AC at Winterfell

On the latter days of 50AC, and with permission from his brother, Osric Stark would write to all the Northern houses.

To all Northern Lords, Ladies, and other invited friends of the North,

I, Osric Stark, on behalf of my brother Lord Beron Stark invite you to Winterfell at the end of the first month of 51AC. My brother has a better way with words so I'll be direct: Join us in hearty winter fare, and a chance to throw some blows in our tournament. Renown to all who win is on the table, and with our new medicine room, one need not fear death... as much. The floor will be open to discussions and arrangements to strengthen the North.

If you are unable to attend due to weather, send a raven and your inquiry will be heard at the council on your behalf.
