MBA Grad - Having a tough time in Canadian Market

Would love some feedback from folks. About to graduate from my MBA and wanting to get some meaningful feedback from people. I know job market is a bit tough atm, but Canada feels especially difficult at the moment.

Note: my most recent experience might turn FT, but the fund is currently raising the required capital, and until then I continue searching
