Tips for starting a factory job?

I recently got a job offer for a factory near me (it makes car parts) and really want to take it but am afraid of messing up and quickly getting fired :/ I have only worked in retail before and have severe social anxiety which makes me dread it even more because I struggle to make friends no matter where I work. Any advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.
